Rate Cancellation Policies

Full payment is required on booking.

Minimum 7 days cancellation policy

Cancellation within 7 day will not be refunded.

Children are welcome at Holly House B&B.

Supervision with an adult outside at all time.

No children are allowed to attend to the open fire.

Holly House is a smoke free B&B.

* However an outside area will be designated to you with a cigarette disposal.

Outside pets are welcome by arrangement with the owner of Holly House.

Strictly *NO ANIMALS eg small dogs allowed into the B&B at all.
